Poly-B Pipe: What Nanaimo Homeowners Should Know

Look for grey (sometimes blue or black) flexible pipe near the water heater, under sinks and at the main shut-off. It is often stamped "PB2110".
Why it matters
Fittings and pipe can become brittle with age and fail without warning, causing water damage.

Some insurers ask whether a home has Poly-B and may charge more or limit coverage. Ask yours what they require.
